Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewI am a wheelchair user and is the first electric/mechanic company I went to when I started having starter problems. They were initially supposed to have changed it in 2017. Four months later a similar problem arises, so I take it back. They tell me issues like this are hard to diagnose before they fix it and everything is fine. Two months later, I have the exact same problem. They look at it again and it works for another two months. Until the same problem reoccurred. This is April 2018. Fed up with this service, I decide to have a friend help me find the problem. Upon inspection, it doesn’t seem like the starter has ever been moved from its position, the solenoid, or ignition spark source, on the starter is very loose, and the mounts are rusted much more than would happen within a year. This seems to be how they get they’re return business but they will not get any more of mine.
