Totally uncalled for! Now, if we were talking about heated indoor parking, then I'd understand but for outdoor parking, this is predatory. Just another bad move, showing disrespect for tenants, like their introduction of "pooled parking" - taking away assigned parking spaces from tenants and promoting a "first come first serve" concept which creates ill feelings as people battle for a preferred parking spot. And just now, I'm gazing out my window at a line of 5 parking spots with signs for Reserved / Handicapped parking and never have I seen any canes, wheelchairs, "walker carts" or abnormally slow gaits associated with these parking spaces. Liars, all of them!
